Happy Birthday

The Heresiarch is a bit blogged out at the moment, but just wanted to note the 40th anniversary of the greatest cultural institution on the planet. Radio 4, of course. Though personally, the Heresiarch has always thought of the station as eternally 58. The rest of the BBC's output is mainly unforgiveable: politically biased and often just plain rubbish. And it's scandalous that we still have to pay a poll tax on our televisions. But Radio 4 almost makes it all worthwhile.

Radio 1 has its moments, too.
